The press is told about it - services of Cabinet of Ministers in the statement.
"It is (ban) it happens any more for the first time. Journalists remember how governors amicably ignored selector meetings on various questions which were initiated by the prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko as the chief executive in Ukraine. There were assumptions that a rigid ban to representatives of an executive power at the local level was distributed ex-the head of the secretariat of the president Victor Baloga. But today are compelled to state: Балога left, and counteraction to the prime minister, unprecedented and senseless resistance - remained", - is told in it.
In Cabinet of Ministers call such attempts "in the conditions of world financial crisis to continue to destroy a vertical of executive power the real crime against own people".
"We are sorry that the president who brags of the rural origin, so frankly neglects the actions million Ukrainian peasants. We feel sorry also for those governors who are compelled "to take under a peak" Victor Yushchenko's all instructions, without thinking of a real situation in the areas, even of own political future, participating in senseless political struggle, especially when landowners so need the state help", - is spoken in the statement.
Thus in Cabinet of Ministers call the planned meeting "an unprecedented forum" which has to collect "the maximum quantity of the rural and settlement heads - over 11 thousand people".
"The meeting on questions socially - economic development of rural settlements promises to become extremely productive: proposals of peasants are already collected, projects standardly - the legal acts directed on the solution of real problems of the Ukrainian village, instead of on the next empty declarations" are prepared, - is told in the statement.
