In case of creation of the coalition of BYuT and Party of Regions, these political forces, probably, won't conclude the coalition agreement.
It was declared by the deputy head of the secretariat of president Marín Stavniychuk on air of the 5th channel.
"Probably, BYuT and Party of Regions coalition not to lose the voters, will take such cunning step - not the conclusion of the relevant coalition agreement, not signing of this agreement, not fixation of those People's Deputies which enter into this coalition", - she noted.
At the same time, Stavniychuk considers that it contradicts the relevant standards of the Constitution.
Making comments on information on possible modification of the Constitution regarding election of the president in parliament and changes of an order of election of parliament when the political force which got the maximum number of votes, will receive the majority of mandates, she noted: "The people of Ukraine didn't give the order to the Verkhovna Rada to change fully the Constitutional system".
"It seems to me that the people of Ukraine, 80% as confirm sociological polls, doesn't advise the Verkhovna Rada to create on such basis the coalition", - told Stavniychuk.
Making comments on the statement of the president Victor Yushchenko that he declares a referendum in case of attempts to copy the Constitution, Stavniychuk noted: "I have no doubts that in that case when changes will be made, attempts to make changes to the Constitution will be made... the initiative at the people will arise".
"In this case the president has a right to support the popular initiative", - she considers.
