Representatives of prosecutor's office to Land court of Frankfurt am Main refused to communicate with "regional" Nestor Shufrich who heads temporary commission of inquiry of the Verkhovna Rada on incident investigation with participation of the Interior Minister of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko in the airport of Frankfurt am Main.
For this reason, according to the newspaper "The businessman - Ukraine", Shufrich's visit to Germany, planned for May 28 didn't take place.
In the letter of the prosecutor Klaude addressed to the consul general of Ukraine in Frankfurt am Main Alexander Novoselov of May 26 it is spoken:
"As I already told you this morning in a telephone mode, within negotiations about which you asked, temporary commission of inquiry can't be provided to any additional information of rather above-mentioned events (incident at the airport), except that which was already sent to consulate general".
"Proceeding from it, I ask your understanding of that I have no opportunity to agree on this meeting", - the prosecutor Klaude writes.
At the same time, the member of temporary commission of inquiry, the People's Deputy Mikhail Chechetov (Party of Regions) says that Shufrich's visit to Germany was prevented by organizational problems.
"The trip has to be the most productive. It is necessary to depart not simply to look at a place where there were a fight and a carousal, to look for a bottle, and specifically to talk to the stewardess whom offended, with police officers who put on handcuffs, to the judge - about why such decision was made... And if to depart there without coordination, it is possible to be late there for a month", - Chechetov told.
It is known that the Frankfurt prosecutor's office transferred to the Ukrainian Consulate General two documents - refusals in initiation of proceedings and carrying out investigation against the Interior Minister Yury Lutsenko and his son Alexander.
