- Our ministry (infrastructures, - PN) in parallel with signing of a ban on the bare-boat - charters (in trade navigation contract of chartering vessels without crew, - PN) conducts works on introduction on the market of towing services of the Russian companies (…) We here near by have vessels. Three vessels on the basis of the former company «New fleet» with an addition to the port of Novorossiysk, it is possible to see them from far away in the field-glass, stand waiting, literally the other day they will already get to work in our market. The vessels belonging to the Russian company, not unaided as we have information, the first deputy minister Shulmeyster (the native of Nikolaev, - PN), I made the way in life here and already has the right of swimming under the flag of Ukraine…Give our tow will go and will work in water areas of the port of Novorossiysk.
