Adjustment of cooperation, including with Libya, on oil processing is possible on condition of transfer of the Odessa — Fords oil pipeline to an averse operating mode, Bogdan Sokolovsky considers authorized the president on international issues of energy security.

In this context, speaking about the arrangement of Ukraine with Libya about supply of the Libyan oil and construction of oil refinery (oil refinery) in Odessa region about what the prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko after her visit to Libya reported, Sokolovsky emphasized that it "that case when Tymoshenko supports practices of the head of state".
He called it the next step in the direction of implementation of the two-way agreements reached during a number of negotiations and meetings of the president with Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi which took place in 2008 within official visit of the president to Libya and the subsequent state visit to Ukraine Gaddafi.
"It is necessary to work in the direction of oil refinery construction with all offers, including the Libyan. However to speak already now about oil refinery construction on processing of light oil it is premature", - Sokolovsky considers.
The representative of the president is convinced that in order that investors including Libyan, we should reform the oil market came to Ukraine: oil processing has to become more attractive, than a treyderstvo of ready oil products. It noted that, unfortunately, today all on the contrary.
