The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from "Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" block fraction Kirill Kulikov repeatedly suggests parliament to recommend to the President Victor Yushchenko to consider possibility of dismissal of the chairman of the Kiev city public administration Leonid Chernovetsky.
About it it is spoken in the draft of the resolution 4504 registered in Rada on June 5 and brought on replacement of the project from May 20.
The deputy suggests Rada to adopt this resolution as the report on work of the commission on investigation of violations of the Constitution and laws officials of the Kiev city council and Kiev municipal administration.
The project provides also Yushchenko's recommendation to cancel Chernovetsky's orders about appointment of the first deputy chairmen of the municipal administration appointed with a violation of the law.
To the cabinet, according to the project, it is recommended to hold urgent meeting for discussion of a critical situation in Kiev, to cancel Chernovetsky's orders about appointment of the deputy chairmen appointed with violations.
Also the Cabinet of Ministers is offered to recommend to prepare and submit for consideration of Rada of the offer on legislation improvement on the organization of local government and executive power in the capital.
Besides, the project provides an assignment to Audit Chamber, the Main thing control - to auditing management and the Public tax administration to carry out a joint inspection of the city hall regarding observance of the budgetary and tax legislation by it, and to the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs - to give a legal assessment to actions of officials.
Also the project provides extension of work of the commission till November 19.
As it was reported, on June 5 Rada refused to recommend to Yushchenko to consider possibility of dismissal of the chairman of Kiev municipal administration Chernovetsky, having charged to the commission to prepare the new draft of the resolution.
The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Litvin predicted that the parliament will repeatedly consider Yushchenko's this recommendation on June 9-12.
