The head of the Ministry of Justice Nikolay Onishchuk agreed with the prime minister Yulia Timoshenko about preservation of the position.
About it on Monday the newspaper writes"Business" with reference to sources in the Ministry of Justice.
In exchange for it Onishchuk promised not to block government resolutions and not to make critical statements to the prime minister, notes the edition.
At the beginning of June the deputy - the communist Igor Kaletnik registered the resolution on dismissal of the minister Onishchuk in the Verkhovna Rada.
The head of BP committee of fight against the organized crime and corruption Kaletnik accused Gosinformyust which is under authority of Ministry of Justice, of transfer of means to accounts of commercial structures. Then dismissal of the minister was supported also by deputies from BYuT.
However after Onishchuk's conversation with Yulia Timoshenko deputies are adjusted not so resolutely.
"I will study still materials across Onishchuk as the resolution looks incomplete", - "byutovets" Valery Pisarenko noted.
In turn "byutovets" Sergey Mishchenko is sure that for Onishchuk's removal simply there will be no voices. Now it is unprofitable to "regionals", the essential part of "NUNS" also won't vote", - Mishchenko is sure. Not for record members of fraction say that Onishchuk's destiny completely depends on his further "behavior".
At the same time Kaletnik believes in success of the begun business. "I pledge you the word: until the end of Onishchuk's this session at a position won't be", - the communist promises.
Confidence of success to it adds the decision of profile committee. "The BP committee on the state construction which is headed by Alexander Omelchenko, unanimously supported the resolution", - Kaletnik noted.
However the first vice-the speaker Alexander Lavrinovich claims that the decision of profile committee has recommendatory value. "The coordination board yet didn't discuss Kaletnik's resolution therefore it and isn't introduced in the agenda", - Lavrinovich noted.
