The bill of changes of the Constitution offered by the president Victor Yushchenko needs to be finished, despite a positive conclusion of the Venetian commission.
It was declared to journalists by the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Litvin.
"This document causes many questions both according to the contents, and from the point of view of - I will use such word - "neatness" of its preparation. As for conclusions of the Venetian commission when we will receive them, then, obviously, it will be possible to consider this question in a complex. We will hope that this document in the Verkhovna Rada will arrive", - he told, reports UNIAN.
According to Litvin in spite of the fact that conclusions of the Venetian commission have advisory nature, they usually are objective and have to be considered during practical work on the bill.
As the speaker noted, the previous experience showed that ignoring of recommendations of the Venetian commission when developing projects of changes in the Constitution "leads to complications in our political life".
Making comments on a question concerning what remarks from the point of view of "neatness" are caused by the document, the chairman of BP told: "The matter is that from the point of view of "neatness" I mean grammar - one of philologists, the teacher by profession, a red pencil walked according to this project and then transferred him to me. It (project) was all "red".
"It, by the way, to a question of quality of work as at us long harness, and then in the last day start going. And different sections which prepared different people, then mechanically unite in a whole, and from here and we receive the corresponding standard of the document", - the speaker noted.
Concerning contents of offers of the presidential bill of changes in the Basic Law, Litvin expressed opinion that many of them are "diskutivny, in particular regarding dvoplatny parliament and, that authors of the constitutional initiatives can't forget themselves when they consecrate this or that document".
