Deputy head of the secretariat of presidentMarina Stavniychuksupports completion of the draft constitution of the presidentVictor Yushchenkowith accounting of remarks "Venetian commission".

She told about it at a briefing on Monday, report the Ukrainian news.

"The Venetian commission" made the remarks and preventions under some provisions of the draft constitution. Certainly, taking into account offers "Venetian commission" the project can and has to be finished", - told Stavniychuk.

It reminded that remarks "Venetian commission" have advisory nature and, in particular, they concerned the provision of the draft constitution that any changes in the Constitution have to be accepted on a referendum.

At the same time Stavniychuk sees no reason for a response from the Verkhovna Rada of the draft constitution introduced by Yushchenko because this project has to consider parliament and the Constitutional Court which also can state the remarks.

The Minister of Justice Nikolay Onishchuk who in turn was present at a briefing noted that "The Venetian commission" had many remarks which will be useful to further work on Constitution reforming, but not all these remarks need to be considered.
