from BYuT and the Party of Regions wasn't a final version, "regional" Alexander Lavrinovich declares.
"It was one of the options which were in discussion", - Lavrinovich in interview "toldTo business", making comments on emergence in mass media of the relevant document.
On a question, whether there was it that option which appeared in Blok of Litvin, he answered:
"Probably. But it not that option which was in work at the last stage of consultations before their termination".
According to Lavrinovich, at that time from the document, in particular, point on extension of powers of parliament was already withdrawn.
"The problem with mass media, as well as the offer on election of the president in parliament, was still discussed, and the final decision wasn't", - he told.
Besides, according to Lavrinovich, practically at the end of negotiation process "initiators" agreed to clean norm about extension of powers of parliament.
Making comments on statements of the prime minister Yulia Timoshenko that to prolong powers of parliament was idea of Party of Regions, instead of BYuT, Lavrinovich told:
"I can tell only one: it wasn't an initiative of Party of Regions. And in general, I wouldn't recommend to Yulia Vladimirovna to disown from something or to appropriate something, especially if actually occurred on the contrary".
"If so is further, I think, you, unfortunately, will become witnesses of that things which will quickly make sober our opponents" will be published, - he added.
Lavrinovich also told that he doesn't know about existence of the project any "the big contract" between BYuT and Party of Regions.
"We were engaged in reforming of system of a state administration, instead of power distribution … I didn't participate in development of other documents, as well as in preparation of the coalition agreement. And I don't know, whether any other documents and whom", - he told were developed.
At the same time, according to Lavrinovich, to presidential election the Party of Regions and BYuT still will be able "to revive" work on changes in the Constitution and to take out the coordinated document in parliament.
"We will continue to look for a compromise, without insisting that any position is unconditional. It is possible to reach mutual understanding only under equal conditions and mutual respect", - he told.
