"Regions" will spare BYuT for "personnel concessions"?

In BYuT hope that the Party of Regions won't block work of the Verkhovna Rada at an emergency meeting on July 1 as made personnel concessions to "regionals".

"We made personnel concessions to "Regions", - told the newspaper "Today" source in BYuT fraction.

"They ("regionals") are interested in appointment of two vice-prime ministers - Zgurovsky and Lyubonenko therefore them will vote the first. And after that will pass other appointments", - the interlocutor of the edition added.

It is known that the prime minister Yulia Timoshenko on Friday officially I published a package of personnel changes in Cabinet of Ministers, including appointment of two new vice-prime ministers, filling of vacancies in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Finance, and also change of Ministers of Justice and the coal industry.

In BYuT claim that this package aims to bring into the government of professionals, however, according to experts, really on professional qualities there is only one appointment - vice-the prime minister Mikhail Zgurovsky.

The second vice-the prime minister (Yury Lyubonenko) and the Minister of Transport (Tariel Vasadze) go actually to Tymoshenko's campaign headquarters (respectively, responsible for work with regions and to financial security of campaign), other appointments are result of the bargaining for voices in support of the coalition, the newspaper writes.

So, Alexander Klimenko in Minugleprom gives six voices of UNP, Oleg Shamshur in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (and Vasily Shevchenko as the first deputy minister of transport) have to provide at least temporary loyalty presidential "For Ukraine! " from "WELL - NANOSECOND" (17 voices), and Victor Shemchuk at the head of Ministry of Justice provides a final binding to BYuT of one and a half tens deputies "National self-defense".

Besides, two appointments - the head of Antimonopoly committee Vladimir Karetko and the head of Gosteleradio Oleg Nalivayko - have to satisfy "appetites" of the billionaire Igor Kolomoysky controlling ten nunsovets, writes the edition.

Besides in BYuT count on support at change of ministers of six deputies of "The uniform center" Victor Balogi. On hearings, the last tries for the sake of the governor of the Ternopol area Yury Chizhmarya - after at once a little нардепов from "WELL - NANOSECONDS" will become ministers, Chizhmar becomes nardepy as following according to the list.

Also it isn't excluded that balogovets will receive posts of a number of deputies in the ministries, the newspaper notes.
