According to the deputy, rather Kirovograd business, unlike Andrey Yushchenko, the deputy Victor Lozinsky cooperates with the investigation and asks to deprive of it parliamentary immunity.

"In this regard I want to remind that presidential inviolability doesn't extend on members of his family", - Prokopchuk told.

"I don't want to follow the example of the president and to accuse Andrey Yushchenko in advance, to an end of the investigation. I urge mass media to show adherence to principles and to keep this business under public control", - he emphasized.

It is known that before Yushchenko I designated slander charges to his son in participation in firing near one of the Kiev restaurants.

"These charges are the slander directed on derivation of public attention from murder by the deputy from BYuT of the inhabitant of the Kirovograd area of Valery Oleynik.
