The destiny of regional councils a minimum in 13 areas of Ukraine is decided by unofficial arrangements between informal heads of fractions «BYUT» Ivan Kirilenko and «BPP» Sergey Berezenko.

So, during a morning meeting on November 10 the photographer Bogdan Bortakov photographed as Kirilenko and Berezenko distributed posts of heads and deputies of local councils, having spread out before himself in a government box of the table with results of elections in 24 areas of Ukraine.
In particular, Berezenko wrote out to himself on a leaf, in what area the chair of the head of a regional council is given «BPP» , and chair of the first deputy– «BYUT» , and in what, respectively, on the contrary.
In particular, «BPP» positions of heads of the Lvov, Nikolaev, Odessa and Poltava areas where BYuT members will become the first deputies got. In turn, «BYUT» I took away to myself the Rovno area. Opposite to the Kirovograd area there is a question mark.
Thus, before Ivan Kirilenko the table where there are led round edinichka in the column «liesHead» opposite to names of 10 areas: Vinnytsia, Zhitomir, Zaporozhye, Kiev, Kirovograd, Nikolaev, Rovno, Kherson, Cherkassk and Chernovitsky.
In total edinichka stand in columns of 22 areas (except Donetsk, Lugansk and the city of Kiev). Opposite to the name of some areas of Kirilenko puts marks– «categorically» , «1 deputy» opposite to Vinnytsia, or «BPP» «1 deputy» opposite to Ivano - Frankovskoy.
We will remind, in the Nikolaev regional council there passed candidates of seven parties, most of all–from «Oppobloka» and BPP.
