The chairman of the Nikolaev regional public administration Vadim Merikov is convinced that the police has to begin criminal proceedings concerning asphalt laying by employees of open company «Dorlider» during a pouring rain.
About it he wrote on the page on a social network «Facebook».
- I come back from Kiev, I read the Nikolaev news and posts on Facebook about «morons who stack asphalt during a rain». Granaturov allows to throw out budgetary funds for a wind. It had to the first react to such scandalous things. The means earned by all Nikolaev bulk which can go for high-quality repair of roads, schools, hospitals–are stupidly spent, - Merikov declared.
According to him, already tomorrow he intends to send a number of appeals to law enforcement agencies, and also to financial inspection for the corresponding reaction, verification of acts of the performed works and their financing.
- The police has to begin criminal production and on this fact including, - the governor of the Nikolaev area wrote.
We will remind as earlier it was reported, on Wednesday, November 11, in Nikolaev, on crossing of streets of Chigrin and Garden road builders undertook to repair the road to time of a heavy rain.
