The president of Ukraine Victor YUSHCHENKO doesn't intend to go for special meeting of parliament and considers the relevant initiative of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir LITVIN incorrect.
As the correspondent of the UNIAN reports, about it told a press - the secretary of the President Irina VANNIKOVA at a briefing for the press.
"The president of Ukraine considers incorrect and illogical Vladimir LITVIN'S initiative about carrying out special meeting of parliament with participation of the President of Ukraine", - I told I.VANNIKOVA, having added that the President doesn't intend to go to the blocked parliament and to take part in expansion of parliamentary crisis.
According to I.VANNIKOVOY, V. Yushchenko repeatedly noted need of renewal of activity of the Verkhovna Rada therefore he calls both the Chairman of the parliament, and not to transfer People's Deputies to the President responsibility for own divergence and helplessness.
As reported the UNIAN, V. Litvin sent on July 10 the letter to the President V. Yushchenko, the prime minister - to the minister Yulia TYMOSHENKO and leaders of fractions with the offer to hold special meeting of parliament and to give an assessment to the latest events in the state.
V. Litvin also asked to report about the position about such meeting and participation in it, having emphasized that "lack of personal reaction also will be the eloquent certificate of a position".
