The minister of infrastructure Andrey Pivovarsky on the page on Facebook reported about it.
According to the minister, the businessman and two more persons rushed into a study of Batishchev and attacked it. The head of "Ukravtodor" by means of colleagues managed to beat off from forwards, and those escaped.
The minister of infrastructure claims that refusal of the head of Service of highways in the Nikolaev area Alexander Antoshchuka became the cause of conflict to accept at the company - the contractor work without check.
"Recently they tried to intimidate the new appointed chairman of Service of highways in the Nikolaev area as that refused to take over at the company work without check. The amount of works looked overestimated, and to quality of their performance there were questions. Therefore "the conscientious contractor" decided to come "from above"",−Pivovarsky wrote.
Batishchev wrote the application in law enforcement agencies, and also gave them the blood-stained clothes as a material evidence.
"Attacking, probably, mixed an era in which we live, after all neither in life, nor in business the normal person so won't behave",−the minister summarized.
The Cabinet of Ministers appointed Batishchev the head of "Ukravtodor" in October, 2015.
