The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Vladimir LITVIN expects that the President of Ukraine Victor YUSHCHENKO vetoes the law adopted by parliament on financing of Euro-2012.
As the correspondent of the UNIAN reports, the speaker reported about it today on a press - conferences in Dnepropetrovsk. (UNIAN: The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted on July 1 the Law "About modification of the laws "About the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" and "About National Bank of Ukraine". The document increase by 9,8 billion UAH - to 13,8 billion UAH of the obligation of National bank of Ukraine in 2009 on transfer in the state budget of the sum of excess of the income of National Bank over its expenses. The specified money is offered to be aimed at providing appropriate performance of actions for preparation and carrying out in Ukraine final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer. )
According to V. Litvin, sources of increase in assignments of NBU on financing of preparation of objects to the European Football Championship of 2012 "are rather inconsistent as the Fund of guaranteeing deposits of individuals to which there have to be assignments from National Bank" is cut down.
"At stupid approach it can lead to surge in inflation. But the decision is made. I expect on it the veto of the President", - V. Litvin declared.
Thus the chairman of BP noted that if the situation with financing of preparation for the European Football Championship of 2012 won't improve, "Euro-2012 remains for us dreamboat". According to V. Litvin, preparation for Euro-2012 in the cities is carried out without thanking, and contrary to the state.
The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine recognized that in Dnepropetrovsk excellent stadium, and "to Euro-2012" would give a new push of a development of the city, but, "unfortunately, today a situation such is that it is necessary to try that in the list of the cities which will host the Championship, there were those cities which are there at present", - V. Litvin declared.
