«Adoption of this project would be a step to reforming of road branch in the country in general, at a slow pace to that Ukrainians at last received normal modern roads. But voices weren't enough. It is interesting that «for» colleagues from fraction «didn't votePopular front». It is asked: why? Probably, because to them not favourably automatic distribution of funds for repair and construction of roads. And to receive financing it is necessary to continue to go to Yatsenyuk, to beg and bow. Or as advises people's deputies - residents of Nikolayev the chairman of RSA Merikov - to go and lobby, simply speaking - to ask. Here such at us will also be expensive! It is necessary to change this system which protects itself. Thanks to those who supported, for understanding of a problem and need to make the weighed decisions for system changes» , - the people's deputy wrote.
It should be noted that agrees to data on roll-call vote of people's deputies, which are published on the official site of BP, «for» voted 140 present at a hall. From 10-ти the Nikolaev parliamentarians, only five voted for–Vadatursky, Artem Ilyyuk, Boris Kozyr, David Makaryan and Igor Brichenko. The others: Taras Kremin and Arkady Kornatsky–didn't vote, Alexander Zholobetsky and Alexander Livik–no, and Vadim Pidbereznyak refrained when voting.
«Before vote I addressed to all deputies, and my performance was based on the following facts and theses:
- 40% of highways of Ukraine are already completely destroyed, or demand capital repairs;
- on average in a year it is necessary to repair 5 thousand kilometers of a roadbed, but considering that the last 10 years no more than 20% of requirement were financed, we need to restore all network now;
- with the existing approach Ukraine risks to remain without roads, it is necessary to establish control over receipts and their effective use, it is a task of the State road fund;
- distribution of means in fund will be carried out as follows: 60% of funds are allocated for financing of construction and repair of highways, 5% - for financing of actions for safety of traffic and 35% - for local roads;
- the fund will allow to plan regional autodoramas receipts and therefore to plan projects and work for 2-3 years, it won't be more manual mode and will give the chance to raise proceeds of credit of banks that will accelerate performance of work over all country» , - Vadatursky added.

It is known that sites of the killed route on N-11 in Nikolayevshchina began to repair at the end of 2015-го only on credit, in spite of the fact that the President of Ukraine, according to the governor of the region Vadim Merikov, it was ready to support the region, and the Cabinet of Ministers was going to allocate 52 million hryvnias.
This promise wasn't kept in this connection on November 20 in New Bug people blocked the route, protesting against off road terrain and a divergence in the matter of local authorities. Protesters in particular demanded to dismiss both Merikov, and his protege around–head of RGA Sergei Ivanov. Merikov accused local landowners in that it they by the trucks broke the route» and that from it remained, and now they try to loosen a situation in the region and excite people.
At the same time this year the Nikolaev regional state administration is going to address once again to representatives business in area, that those «chipped in together» on repair of roads. According to the statement of the head of RSA, other options isn't present.
