The deputies of the Nikolaev regional council representing the constant commission on questions of regional development, planning, the budget, finance and investments have argued from - for the fact that fraction «Petro Poroshenko's block» I have stated in the draft decision the authorship «Programs of development of public highways of the Nikolaev area for 2016-2018».
About it the speech has come during the scheduled meeting of the commission on Friday, March 3.
The first the matter was brought up by the deputy from party «V_drodzhennya» Oleg Mudrak:
- I categorically not «for» and not «against» , but let's develop the general rules: either will be so, or will be in a different way. There is a phrase: «an initiator of development of the program is the deputy fraction «Petro Poroshenko's block». Let's define rules of internal ethics: or we specify further initiators of any decisions pofraktsionno, or we don't specify. Actually I and Andrey Krotova most of all on roads heard Tatyana Demchenko.
To him the head of the commission, the deputy from BPP Fiodor Barn parried:

The deputy from «National Power» Tatyana Demchenko has suggested to clean «this nonsense» , in her opinion, at the regional level there should be no party membership.

The representative has got into dispute «Oppositional block» Andrey Krotov who has told that it is their fraction «tries to call session, to draw attention of all to this problem, and as a result the public relations receive BPP».
But Barna held the ground, refusing to remove this item from the draft decision though at the same time I urged all not to give to a question «political color».

And only when have decided to return to this question during a meeting of presidium of a regional council, necessary number of votes was gained «for» that this program in general to support.
