In Moscow don't see need to give to Ukraine the gas credit

Witz - the prime minister of the Russian FederationIgor Sechinyet doesn't see need for granting by Russia of the credit to Ukraine which Kiev requested at the beginning of a year.

The Ukrainian party asked 4-5 billion dollars on gas purchase for downloading in underground storages (UGS) in anticipation of winter. In May the prime minister Vladimir Putin declared that is ready to consider it if EU gives a half of money. The European Reconstruction and Development Banks and other banks agreed to allocate recently to 1,7 billion dollars for Ukraine in 2009-2010, but generally for investments of "Naftogaz" into transport and gas reforms.

Moscow knows about the decision of EU and now analyzes it, Sechin told the Vedomosti newspaper.

"But the need in the credit from our party while isn't present. In fact, we and so already gave the credit to Ukraine in the form of advance payment for transit", - quotes the edition of the word vice-a premiere.

It is a question of "Gazprom" payments almost on 2 billion dollars for gas transit in EU till February, 2010, the newspaper specifies.

Ukraine didn't address any more for money, quote "Sheets" of the official of the White house. There were two options of a solution: the credit to Ukraine with participation of the Russian banks or without them. Kiev itself chose the second option, the interlocutor of the newspaper notes.

Kiev has other version. The order for the credit, placed at the beginning of a year, still in force, quotes the newspaper of the assistant the prime minister - the minister of the country Alexander Gudyma. "We wait for the answer", - he speaks.
