In the relations between Ministry of Transport and "Nibulon" each of the parties in turn tries to draw a blanket on itself. After the transport and communication Ministry as we already wrote, decided to terminate the contractual relations with the private companies in seaports including in Nikolaev, the relations between the state and "the grain giant" got new shades.
As "the Uryadovy courier" reports, in Kiev took place the meetings, devoted to the settlement, mentioned by the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation (UAC) concerning a nonagreement of interaction of grain traders, railroad workers and dockers in the organization of transportation, shipment for export and processings of the grain.
Construction of grain terminals in territories of ports will render assistance to improvement of cooperation of grain traders and ports, the First Deputy Minister of Transport and communication Vasily Shevchenko is convinced.
Part in meeting was taken by the head of Ukrmorrechflot M. Chubay, the president of the Ukrainian grain association V. Klimenko, the president of UAK L. Kozachenko, the director general Ukrzaliznytsi G. Kostiuk, chiefs of the Odessa, Illichevsky, Nikolaev ports, Minagropolitiki's representatives, grain traders and forwarding agents. Most of all attention participants of meeting gave to an imbalance problem between opportunities of storage of grain and its shipment. Building of bigger quantity of elevators became topical issue. In particular, a number of investment projects on construction of grain terminals in seaports is nowadays considered, told to V. Shevchenko.
