To deputies - part-time workers threaten with court

The head of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Litvin threatened with court to the People's Deputies combining the activity with other work.

On Monday the deputy general director of state enterprise "Ukrzaliznychpostach" Vadim Grivkovsky (Blok Litvin) withdrew the statement for addition of deputy powers, Litvin reported to the newspaper "Business".

"As for нардепа Grivkovsky, you understand, it is a sensitive subject for me. I suggested Grivkovsky to write the application four months ago. And it is submitted to the relevant committee", - the speaker noted.

"Today I received the statement that the deputy Grivkovsky comes back to professional activity only in the Verkhovna Rada", - Litvin told.

In procedural committee of parliament reported that the question of deputies - part-time workers at meetings wasn't considered and they didn't see Grivkovsky's statement.

The speaker noted that addressed to procedural committee and legal management of BP with a request to give a conclusion as it has to arrive in this situation.

"If there is a combination, I will at once appeal to court", - Litvin declared.

Grivkovsky refused to make comments on this situation.

In turn, vice-the speaker Alexander Lavrinovich (Party of Regions) reminded the first and of other deputies - part-time workers. Except Grivkovsky's "litvinovets", this list included "byutovets" Konstantin Zhevago and "nunsovets" recently appointed by the main Crimean militiaman Gennady Moskal.

According to Lavrinovich, "Litvin as the speaker is obliged to appeal to court to resolve this issue".

"But that such appeals to the court aren't present, shows that words not always coincide with real steps and respect for laws of Ukraine", - "regional" considers.

Grivkovsky was appointed the deputy general director of "Ukrzaliznychpostach" in March, in July it allegedly submitted the application for addition of deputy powers.

Zhevago during 10-ти months he at the same time from the deputy holds a position of the executive director of the mining company of "Ferrexpo" registered in Switzerland.

The Russian was appointed the deputy minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs the head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Crimea on August 19.

According to the law, within 20 days after appointment to other structure нардеп it is obliged to submit the application for addition of deputy powers.
