We will remind, earlier it was reported that Attorney-General of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko prepares for appointment as the prosecutor of the Nikolaev area of Roman Zabarchuk, who already held this position in 2014.
The people's deputy specifies that with a name of Zabarchuk «Mass media connected numerous violations of the law». Zholobetsky writes that he appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office with a request to check work of prosecutor's office of area (obviously when Zabarchuk directed her–PN).
«And now Zabarchuk is designated to a position of the prosecutor of the region? And it while the area is shaken by corruption scandals when it actually was left without the management when the crime and debts on salaries, and to the Russian troops which were placed on the Recop, only 200 kilometers grow every day. If tomorrow Roman Zabarchuk becomes the prosecutor of the Nikolaev area, I will be forced to leave party and BPP fraction in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine» , - it is noted in Zholobetsky's statement.
Earlier it was reported that Zabarchuk's candidacy actively and publicly I lobbied the People's Deputy of Ukraine from fraction «Petro Poroshenko's block» Andrey Vadatursky.
At the same time, the head of the Svoboda VO Nikolaev regional organization Demid Gubsky considers that Zabarchuk - "only who will be able to open really a corruption abscess".
It is known that Roman Zabarchuk during the Maidan held a position of one of deputy prosecutors of the Nikolaev area when Andrey Kurys was him.After dismissal of Kurysya, Zabarchuk in April, 2014 has been appointed the prosecutor of the Nikolaev area, but has stayed at this position only 2 months - in July, 2014 Vitaly Yarema appointed the Prosecutor General I have dismissed him from this position then he has continued the work in prosecutor's office of Nikolayevshchina at a position of the first deputy at the prosecutor Vladimir Komashko.
In March, 2015 he has been dismissed from a position according to the Law «About clarification of the power». However, in October of the same year the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine officially has excluded him from the list of the persons getting under operation of this law because after dismissal Zabarchuk was called in National guard of Ukraine on mobilization. According to him, he served in a zone of Anti-terrorist operation in sector «M» near Mariupol.
