On yesterday's a press - conference which was organized by a press - Nikolaev Courier club, the deputy of city council from BYuT fraction Alexander Kurchenko commented on the solution of session on restriction of realization of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and beer. It reminded that the decision to set the following restrictions - to forbid sale of above-mentioned goods for stationary objects of trade to 25 meters from schools, and for the non-stationary - to 50 meters was made.
"But this restriction of a problem doesn't solve. It only the first attempt to declare abnormality of a situation when school students on changes run in the nearest shop or tent to drink a slaboalkogolka", - was declared by the deputy. After that he told small story which heard from the familiar businessman:
- Two schoolgirls came into shop to buy two slaboalkogolka on 8,5 UAH, but at them why - that left, it is necessary what to pay not 17 UAH, and 18 UAH. They still слаживать figures plainly aren't able, and already a slaboalkogolka buy, you understand?
A. Kurchenko noted that after adoption of this decision many businessmen should replace production list. Also he added that deputies already accepted the appeal to Cabinet of Ministers concerning that beer recognized as alcoholic drink and limited advertizing of alcoholic beverages.
Businessmen who got permission to trade in excise goods and beer before adoption of this decision have to fulfill the license, considers A. Kurchenko, after all is so got in all civilized countries. After the termination of period of validity of the license, repeatedly it shouldn't to be issued any more.
The deputy of the City Council Oleg Mudrak supported the colleague and expressed opinion that it is necessary to study on the mistakes. As an example it cited a situation with a gaming when many legally working businessmen remained practically with anything.
"It is necessary to give time either to train for a new profession, or to choose other place for trade. It will be and it is correct, and it is correct in relation to businessmen", - Oleg Mudrak considers.
