To the Nikolaev region there will arrive the ministerial commission into which representatives of security agency which will be engaged in permission of current situation including with repair of roads will also enter.

So, during discussion of a situation around repair of roads, in particular, N-11 «Nikolaev - Dnieper» , the Minister of infrastructure Vladimir Omelyan has told that in Nikolayevshchina the power has grown together with criminals.
- There the situation is really tragic. I was twice in this area, we left together with the management of Ukravtodor. There was very strange union of a politicum to criminals which actually block normal tendering process. In one other area I didn't see it. I would like to thank People's Deputies and the head of a regional council who have actively joined in process. I hope, we will settle process and the road this year will be made. But the State has to show accurately that it is an owner in the country. Such things as influence and pressure upon the head of Avtodor, - are inadmissible, - Omelyan has declared.
In turn Groysman has answered that he for the first time hears about it, but has suggested to create ministerial group which will be engaged in current situation.
- If it is necessary, we will make special group, we will send it from the government, I think that the Ministry of Internal Affairs with pleasure will take part in it, we will address the Prosecutor General, and we will bring order there. The criminals have to be imprisoned, I want that everything I have accurately heard me, - Groysman has noted.
On a situation in the area also the People's Deputy of Ukraine Alexander Zholobetsky has acted.
- Really a situation in the Nikolaev region critical. Critical not only in road condition, but also those events which take place at us every day. I would like to thank the minister and Ukravtodor for what is valid, for the last two months there were two field meetings and which the direct intervention haven't allowed failure of tenders.We have two months no governor, there is no first deputy who is under examination, the second deputy is in the decree and fulfills duties (the chairman of RSA, - PN) the only deputy who today one on all Nikolaev region. The situation really left from - under control not because it bad but because he, probably, doesn't have one forces to bring order, - Zholobetsky has noted.
- Therefore the request, what you have sounded to create such commission to which security officers would go, to involve People's Deputies, to leave to the Nikolaev region and to bring in the shortest possible time there order, we everything would be very grateful to you, - he summarized.
We will remind, earlier the minister Infrastruktury Vladimir Omelyan has told that for start of repair of the highway of the state value N-11 «Nikolaev–Dnieper» he had to communicate with a number of bandits, authorities, representatives of all establishment, convincing them not to block work.
