Let's remind, earlier it was reported that management of protection of economy has opened criminal proceedings upon extortion of a bribe by the director of GP «Nikolaev oblavtodor» Vyacheslav Shulichenko. Law enforcement authorities have documented the extortion fact from Vyacheslav Shulichenko of a bribe from firm - the contractor, one of roads which is carrying out repair in the Nikolaev region, of 400 thousand hryvnias. Investigators and field investigators have carried out searches in an office office of Vyacheslav Shulichenko and in his house on Privolnaya Street in the residential district the Rocket natural boundary in Nikolaev.
According to the new appointed governor of the Nikolaev region, the investigative actions held by security officers upon taking of a bribe by the director of an oblavtodor–exposure of the next bribe taker because all scheme of plundering of budgetary funds is opened isn't simple.
The head of the Nikolaev region is sure that the answer to a question why in the area roads weren't under repair will be publicly received already soon and why those which were under repair were awful quality.
