BYuT decided to withdraw the claim about a ban of negative advertizing of actions of the government and the prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko, Nikolay Tomenko declared.
As reports a site of the politician, the deputy head of the Verkhovna Rada declared it on air "Freedom of speech" on ICTV.
Tomenko noted that the claim IN "Batkivshchyna" in Pechersky regional court of Kiev was attempt to pay attention to need not to allow filling of air by negative information and transformation of presidential election campaign into political "dismantlings" and douche of each other by dirt.
"We already had a bitter experience when in political advertizing of many candidates for president divided Ukraine into three grades and humiliated own people", - Byutovets told.
"Unfortunately, this discussion showed that each team considers that it won't have problems during presidential election campaign and the consent to constructive substantial and positive discussion isn't necessary for it", - he added.
Tomenko recognized that the offer to stop negative advertizing and douche of each other by dirt of policy didn't accept.
He reported that BYuT made the decision to withdraw the mentioned claim, but reminds that if not to stop such war, winners in it won't be.
"Many candidates take part in election campaign with the difficult biography and it is obvious that fragments of this biography as become a subject of advertizing interests", - Tomenko noted.
"It would be ideal to solve a problem prior to election campaign, but, unfortunately, it didn't work well", - he told.
"The problem what will be information component of election campaign, remains open, but I am convinced that and the public, and media - the community still will return to this subject", - Tomenko declared.
