Rada dismissed the judge who cancelled Yushchenko's decrees

The Verkhovna Rada dismissed the judge of Solomyansky court Vadim Skorik who recognized illegal Svyatoslav Piskun's dismissal from a position of the public prosecutor in 2007.

For dismissal voted 231 deputies from BYuT, NUNS and the block Lytvyna.

Against there were regions and communists. As Mikhail Chechetov declared, it "political punishment over the judge".

Before vote the chairman of the Supreme council of justice Lilia Izovitova declared that the judge several times violated the oath.

"It is a question that the judge considered case, violating rules of jurisdiction. Considering Bozhko's statement to Chernovetsky's block about decision recognition invalid, I allowed consideration of this business in civil production, I carried out a certain ban and actually I stopped the resolution the decision on a response of the deputy of Dneprovsky regional council Bozhko Chernovetsky's block", - she reminded.

Besides, Izovitova reminded that on May 25, 2007 the judge of Solomyansky district court took out the resolution about providing the claim of Zabarsky V. V. to the president about the termination of illegal actions and recognition of absent competence of the president of Ukraine concerning Svyatoslav Piskun's dismissal from a position of the General prosecutor, Victor Shemchuk's appointment as the acting as the public prosecutor and a conclusion of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from submission of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The judge decided to stop action of the relevant decrees of the president of May 24, 2007 469, of May 24, 2007 470, of May 25 474.

Skorik declared that "during this time he drew conclusions... I think that conscientious work I rectified situation, and further I will forbid such to do to the tenth".
