Litvin against censorship on the Internet: "The high morals have to begin with the power"

The head of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Litvin opposes censorship on the Internet.

"I categorically against it", - he on Thursday told, visiting Kremenchug Poltava region, reports the UNIAN.

"It will give nothing as the high morals have to begin from the power", - Litvin is sure.

Thus the speaker declared that on the Internet there are a lot of custom-made materials and they aren't always fair.

"If there were no orders, on the Internet there would be no custom-made materials. Demand dictates the offer", - Litvin noted.

Besides, the speaker stated surprise by the statement of the Acting Minister of Finance who recommends to Cabinet of Ministers not to carry out the law on increase соцстандартов if it is signed by the president.

"He declared that will recommend to Cabinet of Ministers not to carry out the law. Who is he such? In that case, it is necessary to recommend to the State Office of Public Prosecutor to bring it into consciousness. Here still the big chief", - Litvin told.

It is known that the Verkhovna Rada adopted on October 20 the law "About Establishment of a Living Wage and a Minimum Wage in 2010".

The living wage on one person counting on a month in a size of 1 November of 2009 - 701 UAH, since January 1, 2010 - 825 UAH, since April 1 - 839 UAH, since July 1 - 843 UAH, since October 1 - 861 UAH, since December 1 - 875 UAH

is established by the law

Besides, the law established minimum wage since November 1, 2009 - 744 UAH, since January 1, 2010 - 869 UAH, since April 1 - 884 UAH, since July 1 - 888 UAH, since October 1 - 907 UAH, since December 1 - 922 UAH

In 2009 in Ukraine the Cabinet established a minimum level of a salary since January 1 of 605 UAH, since April 1 - 625 UAH, since July 1 - 630 UAH, since October 1 - 650 UAH, since December 1, 2009 - 669 UAH

On October 25 the statement of the International Monetary Fund in which the IMF hoped was published that the law "About Establishment of a Living Wage and Minimum Wage" will be vetoed by the president Victor Yushchenko. But that already declared that won't veto it.
