The Crimean speaker considers that his subordinate for corruption of rather scanty penalty

The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of ARC Anatoly Gritsenko doesn't consider necessary to dismiss from positions of officials which were convicted of corruption acts.

This Gritsenko declared today to journalists, making comments on the requirement of the deputy minister - the chief of General Directorate of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in ARC Gennady Moskal to dismiss the officials who are in the public service who were made responsible according to the Law of Ukraine "About fight against corruption".

In particular, according to the Crimean militia, the minister of Council of ministers of ARC Anatoly Rogozenko who has received material benefits in the sum of 18 thousand hryvnias was made for corruption responsible, for what was fined by court 425 UAH. Also in 255 UAH and 340 UAH the Minister of Education and Science of ARC Valery Lavrov who has illegally interfered with activity of the director of Feodosiysky polytechnical technical school, and the vice-chairman of Republican committee on protection of a cultural heritage of ARC Vyacheslav Zarubin who has provided incorrect information in the Yalta municipal government of land resources respectively got off with penalties. "Corrupt officials shouldn't work in the power and if they work, then the power - corrupted", - the Russian declared about it.

"If there is already a judgment, and it isn't appealed, entered validity, we make this judgment, but according to the legislation, release from a post isn't provided, - Gritsenko told, making comments on the requirement of the Russian to dismiss officials - corrupt officials. - The penalty of 245 hryvnias is provided, they paid this penalty. The second punishment by this type of an offense it isn't prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine".
