The ex-the prime minister of Ukraine Pavel Lazarenko is condemned by court of the USA by 97 months of imprisonment in prison.
The judge of the Northern District of State of California Charles R. Breyer pronounced on Wednesday a final sentence in the case of Lazarenko, the lawyer Boris Filatov who represents interests of one of witnesses reported the UNIAN.
Thus, Lazarenko is condemned by 97 months of imprisonment in prison.
The court didn't accept arguments of protection of Ukrainian ex-a premiere, didn't include in time the conclusion Lazarenko's stay under house arrest and didn't take the statement of lawyers for its ill health into account.
It is known that by the previous judgment of Lazarenko it was condemned by 108 months of imprisonment.
In new meeting the court considered model behavior of the prisoner behind a lattice and absence of complaints to it from prison administration.
