In presidium of the Verkhovna Rada between the deputy from BYuT Oleg LYASHKO and the deputy from Party of Regions Vladislav LUKYANOV there was a fight.
As the correspondent of the UNIAN reports, a fight arose after the parliament refused to consider two bills concerning modification of the state budget for 2009 which were vetoed by the President.
In particular, in the agenda of work of BP Program consideration socially - economic development of Ukraine for 2010 and the draft of the state budget for 2010 in the first reading costs the first question.
"Byutovtsa" insisted that at once after consideration of these questions deputies considered bills of modification of the state budget which were vetoed by the President. One of the present documents concerns allocation of 1 billion UAH on flu epidemic overcoming. Presiding over meeting the first vice-the speaker of parliament Alexander LAVRINOVICH put this offer on vote, however he was supported only by 195 People's Deputies. After that O. LYaShKO ran up to A.LAVRINOVIChU and started demanding that these questions nevertheless were considered.
In turn, to O. LYaShKO V. LUKYANOV ran out and started delaying it for a tie. Between deputies there was a fight to which some deputies from BYuT fraction tried to prevent: they approached to presidium and separated O. LYaShKO and V. LUKYANOV.
After that BP resumed work.
