The vice-chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Nikolay Tomenko notes attendance deterioration by deputies of plenary sessions of parliament from - for campaigns for presidential elections.

According to Tomenko if on plenary week on November 3-6 Rada meetings, according to sheets about participation of deputies in inundated written registration, passed 72 deputies, on plenary week on November 17-20 on meetings 77 deputies weren't.
"Among these 77 - ми shirkers and candidates for president who too never appeared in the Verkhovna Rada on the workplace: Victor Yanukovych, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Inna Bogoslovskaya. Also Vladimir Litvin was absent at plenary sessions, motivating it with that he went on pre-election leave", - he emphasized.
According to Tomenko, with approach of elections also everything becomes more difficult to make decisions necessary for the country in spite of the fact that teams of some candidates for president started coordinating the activity in Rada.
"It is actually possible to speak about a joint position of 4 candidates for president regarding synchronization of the pre-election activity", - he told.
Tomenko noted that the analysis of votes for the majority of bills shows that decisions were made by voices of fractions of Party of Regions, Communist party, Blok of Litvin and pro-presidential part of fraction of the "Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" block.
It predicted that joint votes of these political forces will proceed while the conflictness and unproductiveness of work of Rada with approach of date of presidential elections will grow.
