At extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada overcoming of the veto of the president on the law on allocation of 1 billion hryvnias on fight against a flu epidemic becomes a question not medicine and finance, and policy.

Such forecast of succession of events in parliament was stated today by the Chairman of the Uniform Center, the People's Deputy of Ukraine Igor Kril, reports a press - service ETs.

The politician paid attention that from the moment of the announcement of this initiative of BYuT the conflict element is already brought in the offered agenda: "Governmental political force submits a question which decision requires at least 300 voices for consideration. However any preliminary consultations, first of all with Party of Regions, it wasn't carried out. Possibly, BYuT thus tries to secure political superiority in sensitive and resonant business - counteraction to flu epidemic and ORVI distribution. Therefore regionals obviously feel deceived and already declared intention not to support allocation of "influenzal" money".

In opinion I. Krilya, extraordinary session becomes again the arena for clarification of the political relations, instead of for adoption of the weighed decisions. In this regard the deputy reminded that BYuT and PR fractions almost unanimously voted for additional budgetary appropriations on fight against a pandemic.

"Probably, you shouldn't spend funds of taxpayers for convocation of session which becomes the next series in the soap opera of mutual attacks, charges and self-advertisement. Deputies from the Uniform Center are ready to take part in vote only under a condition if it serves needs of society, instead of public relations - to the purposes of the political forces which leaders now strenuously fight for national love at presidential elections", - I. Kril noted.
