By 2017 the Black Sea fleet of the Russian Federation risks completely to lose the fighting capacity.

Such opinion was expressed by the first deputy head of the Sevastopol gorgosadministration Vladimir Kazarin, reports "Е - the Crimea".

"Some speak: 17-й year, fleet outcome. Dear friends! The Black Sea fleet in understanding old of Sevastopol already left", - Kazarin at meeting "The center socially - conservative policy" in Simferopol declared.

It reminded that in Soviet period the Black Sea fleet totaled more than one thousand fighting units, in particular - more than 60-ти submarines.

"Today the Black Sea fleet of the Russian Federation together with the Ukrainian Naval Forces together isn't totaled by 50 fighting units. One submarine on two fleet which just had an accident at coast of Abkhazia", - I emphasized Sevastopol vice-the governor.

Thus he referred to data of the Russian sources which note that if the Black Sea fleet remains in a present state, in 2017 only the big landing ship "Azov" under the own steam will be able to leave the Sevastopol bay.

"It will be the only thing which will have only a double exhaustion of a resource of the motor, cases and the rest", - Kazarin declared.

"All the others - three - will have a quadruple exhaustion of these resources, they simply don't leave a bay because they already can't take to the open sea", - he added.
