Relatives of seamen from "Ariana" - a vessel with the Ukrainian crew, released on December 10 from piracy captivity, - thank the Ministry of Internal Affairs and a number of domestic politicians for support, and also are going to found fund of the help to seamen "Assol".
As transfers the Odessa portal "Timer", according to mother of the second assistant to the captain of the bulk ship and the spouse of third mechanic Natalya LUPACHEVA, "the situation moved off dead center after taking office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Pyotr POROSHENKO".
"It helped to organize a meeting with the shipowner Spyros MINOS in Athens, advised us, - she told. - And still thanks to Sergey Leonidovich (Sergey TIGIPKO - the candidate for president of Ukraine) who helped, including is material: after all the shipowner didn't pay a salary to our husbands … Thanks to Sveta (Svetlana FABRIKANT - the deputy of the Odessa City Council), she encouraged, conducted negotiations with MINOS".
The wife of the second mechanic Anna MURUGOVA told about plans of relatives of seamen to create charity foundation of the help to victims of pirates.
As it was reported, on December 10 the vessel "Ariana" was released after 8 months of stay in captivity at the Somali pirates. At the request of the President of Ukraine the release question from captivity of 24 Ukrainian seamen was on personal control of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine P. Poroshenko.
