The state budget for 2010 can be accepted after presidential election, the prime minister Yulia Timoshenko considers.
She declared it at an All-Ukrainian forum of railroad workers on Wednesday in Kiev, reports Interfax - Ukraine.
"I think that you well know and you observe that the budget for 2010 will be, most likely, will be accepted after presidential campaign. Today the competition between candidates for president simply doesn't allow to concentrate necessary quantity of voices in parliament and to adopt the budget", - the prime minister declared.
Thus, according to her, the Budgetary code strictly provided an order of implementation of the budget for 2010, "which not only for kopek, not only won't reduce financing of "Ukrzaliznytsi", but will return possibility of "powerful" financing of railway branch in the first quarter of the next year.
It is known that the Budgetary code was rejected by parliament as deputies couldn't overcome the veto of the president on this law. To adopt the new Budgetary code, the government needs to introduce the new bill in the Verkhovna Rada.
