The presidential candidate Anatoly GRITSENKO considers that the chairman of National bank of Ukraine Vladimir STELMAKH has to tell the truth about frauds in financial institution and to leave the position as that is demanded by the current legislation.
As reported the UNIAN inpress - service A.GRITSENKO, he declared it on a press - conferences in Khmelnytsky, making comments on the situation connected with end on December 16 of five-year term of stay of V. STELMAKH as the chairman of NBU.
"If V. STELMAKH still had honesty signs, he has to tell about all frauds in National Bank and to leave the position", - told A.GRITsENKO. Therefore he advises to use this chance and to open all truth about National Bank work.
"Let comes to a press - conference and will tell journalists about how money for refinancing of the banks was transferred, to what private banks who received this money, through what multi-billion kickbacks", - I specified A.GRITsENKO.
After that the candidate for president recommends to the chairman of NBU to write voluntary the application and to retire, without expecting when such decision will be made by the acting or newly elected President.
"V. STELMAKH'S stay as the chairman of National bank for several years undermined trust to public finances and in general trust of people to the power", - A.GRITsENKO is convinced.
As an example he remembered frauds at rate fluctuation to hryvnia and allocation of 120 billion UAH on refinancing of banks, etc.
As reminded in a press - service A.GRITsENKO, earlier it declared: "If in Ukraine laws worked, STELMAH would appear for a long time behind a lattice".
