The separate structure which would study is necessary to Ukraine and published the declassified archives of the Soviet intelligence services and power structures.
It was declared by the head of Security service of Ukraine Valentyn Nalyvaichenko in interview to the correspondent of "The German wave".
The German federal department of the representative on Stasi archives can become a prototype of such structure, according to him.
Studying of the German experience is at present finished, the SBU passes to its use in own work, Nalivaychenko told.
The main thing, in his opinion, independence of this structure of other power institutes and power structures that allows it to work with the greatest objectivity.
Thus such archival department has to work not only with Security service archives, as well as with archives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and foreign intelligence.
It separates, systematize, study and it has to is obligatory to publish all documents which certify mode crimes against the person, the head of SBU is sure.
Crimes of a totalitarian mode still aren't rather studied and realized, Nalivaychenko speaks.
"We still find places of mass burials. People were lost violent death and that more the such didn't occur we have to study all this and to tell about it", - he emphasizes.
According to the head of SBU, this process in Ukraine is already irreversible, after all according to the decree of the president of January 23, 2009 the secret is removed from these documents and archives are declassified.
The only thing that now is necessary - support of the government which has to provide financing of these processes, Nalivaychenko told.
