Between the president Victor Yushchenko and the leader of regionals Victor Yanukovych there is an agreement according to which the position of the prime minister is promised the acting head of state.
The relevant document was published by the deputy head of the main service on internal political questions and regional development of the secretariat of the president Yaroslav Kozachok, reports the UNIAN.
According to the contract behind Yushchenko and Yanukovych's signatures, in case of election of the party leader of regions as the head of state, the incumbent president becomes a prime minister.
Kozachok reported that, according to this agreement, the parties undertake to avoid mutual criticism and to use all opportunities for Yanukovych's support in the second round.
Kozachok also told that he "didn't sustain and wrote the application on dismissal" in protest which on Thursday satisfied.
