As the correspondent of the UNIAN reports, according to her, the first factor of crisis was that Ukraine within 18 years of independence didn't manage to carry out structural reforms in economy.
It became the reason of that during crisis "the economy kept at several large enterprises".
One more crisis factor was that these enterprises weren't converted according to new achievements, and worked at the old equipment which remained since those times when these enterprises were privatized.
The third factor of crisis in Ukraine, according to the prime minister - the minister, - "a superweak banking system". It led to that in the country for economy there were no credit resources and if there were credits, their cost was the highest in the world.
"The country was entered into the planned financial hunger", - told Yu. Tymoshenko.
Among the reasons of such hunger she called to the politician of National bank of Ukraine who gave out refinancing on high rates, and the given-out means banks were used not for economy crediting, and went to the currency market, falling of national currency for 64,3% turned out to be consequence of that.
According to the prime minister - the minister, it is the biggest level of falling of a rate of national currency in the world. So, in Poland the course of national currency decreased by 36%, in Belarus - for 35%, in Russia - for 3%.
