The source in the Secretariat of the President claims that the prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko blocks oil pipeline transition Odessa - Fords to work in an averse mode, following arrangements with Moscow.
As reported a source, "Yulia Vladimirovna during the last visit to Moscow promised to Vladimir Putin some strategic concessions".
- We know of three promises one of which - not to allow transition to an oil pipeline obverse Odessa - Fords, - the interlocutor assured. - In exchange for it Putin will support Tymoshenko at presidential election of 2010.
"Tymoshenko's two other promises", according to the representative of the secretariat of the president, concern integration of Ukraine into NATO and stay of the Black Sea fleet of the Russian Federation in the Crimea.
