As reported the UNIAN in a press - service of the head of state, about it I there was a speech during a meeting of the President of Ukraine with the chairman of the Public tax administration Alexander PAPAIKA.
The main subjects of a meeting - implementation of the State budget-2010; situation with compensation of the VAT; course of public discussion of the draft of the Tax code which has to be submitted for consideration of parliament in the fall.
The president emphasized at once that wants to hear the reasoned offers of rather effective solution with VAT administration.
In the report of A.PAPAIKA reported that, despite a difficult economic situation in the state, the gain of receipts in the budget is fixed. "It is felt. Since the beginning of year on separate taxes to 46% there is a gain in comparison with last year", - he told.
The head of GNA reported that in August growth of receipts almost twice in comparison with the similar period of 2009 is expected. According to him, work on filling of the budget is conducted not at the expense of increase in tax pressure, and through the analysis of a financial condition of payers, active cooperation with industrially - financial groups.
The head of state charged to intensify fight against illegal compensation of the VAT and especially - with new shadow schemes which appear in the market. "It is necessary that public funds were used for designated purpose, and the kopek didn't go for enrichment of businessmen. It is necessary to bring an order", - the President emphasized.
Answering V. Yanukovych's question concerning measures of tax specialists for counteraction to illegal transactions of grain traders, A.PAPAIKA reported that GNA together with Gostamozhsluzhboy combats so-called pseudo-export when goods try to take out from the country at inflated prices, that is thus seek to earn illegally on compensation of the VAT. "I think that measures taken by us, will allow us to bring to it an order", - he emphasized.
