The Integrated Agrosystems company ("Inagro") belonging to Sergey Sypko, last week started the vegetable-processing enterprise in the settlement Naked Pier of the Kherson area. Sypko's two more plants plans to open in the Nikolaev area.
The company is supposed to construct the second plant in the Zhovtnevy region of the Nikolaev area. Now "Inagro" resolves issues with allocation of the land plot under the enterprise of 70 hectares. In this territory the company plans to place the industrial complex consisting of plant on processing of tomatoes, a hothouse complex for seedling and granary cultivation. "We want to begin plant construction this year, to start - in the next season. The volume of investment can make about 30 million dollars", - Alexey Sypko tells.
The third Inagro plant has to appear in the Snigirevsky region of the Nikolaev area on the basis of Inguletsky agrofirm ("Inagro" property). "This area is very interesting in respect of cultivation of tomatoes, but also there are some difficulties. In particular, still on the territory of planned construction gas isn't carried out. It is impossible to construct processing enterprise without access to gas", - I told vice-the president of the Inagro company. In the Snigirevsky area, allegedly, the grain terminal also will take place.
Inagro plants will deliver the production both domestic, and to the western companies. According to Alexey Sypko, the company now conducts negotiations on raw materials delivery with Nestle, Unilever, Kraft Foods and Heinz. "We already talked about deliveries with such to producers of juice, as "Vitmark" and "Sandora". Negotiations with the Russian producers are conducted: ketchups - "Baltimore", juice - "Lebedyansky".
Sergey Sypko held earlier a position of the general director "Sandora" and owned 10% of shares of the company. In 2007 of PepsiAmericas and PepsiCo redeemed 100% of shares of the enterprise from her owners. Transaction cost - 678,7 million dollars.
