Klyuev: PR fraction plans to introduce the constitutional bill

The fraction of Party of Regions intends to submit to the Verkhovna Rada the bill on modification of the Constitution of Ukraine next plenary week. The People's Deputy, the member of fraction of Party of Regions Andrey Klyuev reported about it on May 9 in interview to journalists.

According to him, on Monday PR fraction will discuss the final bill and will collect 150 signatures for its registration in parliament.

"The project of changes is already almost ready to the Constitution and we on Monday on fraction will discuss it", - he told.

At the same time Klyuev refused to call basic provisions of this bill. Thus, according to him, the Party of Regions insists on preservation парламентско - a presidential government, but on accurate differentiation of powers of each of power branches.

The People's Deputy also disproved hearings that the fraction of Party of Regions and BYuT prepare the joint bill concerning modification of the Constitution.

"There is no joint text", - Klyuev told. Thus he noted that the fraction of Party of Regions will vote for creation of the parliamentary commission which will consider the constitutional bills.

Also Klyuev declared that doesn't like a question concerning its possible election as the first deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

"I am indifferent to it", - he told, answering a question, whether he wants to become the first deputy chairman of BP.

Klyuev explained it to that in essence he "is a practician, than the theorist" more. Klyuev also noted that the fraction of Party of Regions while finally didn't decide on the candidate to this position.
