The People's Deputy from BYuT Andrey Portnov suggests parliament to allow the coalition to submit the candidate to a position the prime minister - the minister for Rada consideration if the President didn't bring it in 15-dnevny time. About it it is told in the bill No. 3085 "About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ukraine" (about reduction of provisions of this law in compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine), registered in Rada on September 1.
The deputy suggests to exclude from the law norm that the proposal is submitted by the coalition of the candidate of the prime minister to the President on the basis of the solution of general meeting of the coalition, having left only norm which provides candidate representation to a position of the prime minister, signed by heads of fractions of the coalition.
The bill provides that in case of not entering into candidate Rada to a position of the prime minister the coalition brings the candidate for the solution of general meeting of the coalition which is signed by heads of fractions who enter into the coalition in 15-dnevny time.
As it was reported, the Verkhovna Rada included in the agenda of Tuesday bills of modification of the law on the Cabinet, and also the bill of overcoming of the veto of the President on the law on the temporary investigative and special commissions of Rada.
