Today's joint vote of BYuT and Party of Regions should be considered as one more step to the constitutional revolution. It was declared by the head of the Secretariat of the president Victor Baloga, reports a press - service of the head of state. He, in particular, noted that the first discussions concerning the agenda of the third session of the Verkhovna Rada, visually testified the priorities published by political forces that the parliamentary majority didn't develop the uniform, coordinated position on important for the state internally - and to foreign policy problems. The coalition confirmed existence of serious internal contradictions which were shown even during the previous session. Inability of fractions of the "Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" block and BYuT to the consolidated actions which became the reason of long non-performance of coalition obligations, gradually becomes irreversible, considers Baloga. In turn, it strengthens crisis processes in the Verkhovna Rada which create risks and threats of nation-wide scale.
According to the head of the Secretariat, a BYuT fraction separation from the coalition and its interaction with opposition party of regions and communists all become more obvious. Today in Rada one more act of legalization of this triumvirate when were проголосованы offers concerning consideration of bills (about changes to laws on Cabinet of Ministers, the Constitutional Court, temporary commissions of inquiry) who in total will create basis for the constitutional revolution took place. Its ultimate goal consists in formation and fixing of two-party system, cancellation of a position of the President, he is sure.
