Kiyevsovet wants to give a piece of the earth to Jan Tabachnik

The Kiev city council plans to resume transfer to long-term rent of the land plot to 8,15 hectares to the People's Deputy Jan Tabachnik for construction of elite club "I Have Honor" on Dneprovskaya Embankment in the Darnitsky district of the capital.

About it it is spoken in the draft decision of Kiyevsovet which is planned to accept on September 18.

The draft decision provides to satisfy a protest of the deputy general prosecutor of Ukraine from 7.12.20007 on the decision of the Kiev city council of 26.05.2005 "About consideration of a protest of the deputy general prosecutor of Ukraine - the prosecutor of the city of Kiev on the decision Kiyevsovet of 26.06.2003 "About granting and an exception of the land plots and the termination of a right of use by the earth".

Besides, it is provided to cancel the decision of the Kiev city council of 26.05.2005 "About consideration of a protest of the deputy general prosecutor of Ukraine - the prosecutor of the city of Kiev on the decision Kiyevsovet of 20.06.2003 "About granting and an exception of the land plots and the termination of a right of use by the earth".

In a protest of the deputy public prosecutor it is noted that, according to Kiyevsovet's decision of May 25, 2005, the protest of the prosecutor of Kiev of March 17, 2005 is satisfied and Kiyevsovet's decision of June 26, 2003 by which the land plot of 8,15 hectares for construction is leased to the international public organization "Jan Tabachnik's International Creative Center" for 25 years is cancelled. The deputy public prosecutor notes that Kiyevsovet's such decision is illegal and is subject to cancellation on the following bases.
