Ukraine should withdraw in a present situation the demand for obtaining the Plan of action on acquisition of membership in NATO. Such opinion during a business trip to Kharkov was expressed by the chairman of parliamentary committee on national security and defense Anatoly Gritsenko. Instead the ex-the Minister of Defence offers more attention, in particular in cooperation with NATO, to give to the "frozen" regional conflicts, reports"The German wave".

In the Verkhovna Rada Anatoly Gritsenko estimates probability of preservation of the coalition as scanty. In the conditions of internal crisis, according to the politician, decrease and the accession to NATO is consolidated to defend possibilities of the Ukrainian power. Therefore Anatoly Gritsenko offers: "I now would withdraw the demand for the plan of action concerning acquisition by Ukraine of membership in NATO and would suggest to change the meeting agenda "Ukraine - NATO" in December. It is better to consider questions of regional security which are actual now after that occurred in the Caucasus", - the politician is convinced. Such cells of intensity, according to Gritsenko there is, a lot of, and they threaten with flashes "on a domino effect". Despite of need to postpone a question of the Plan of action on acquisition of membership in NATO, ex-the Minister of Defence is convinced that in the future Ukraine should become the member of Alliance.
