Inhabitants of the house on Prirechnaya St., 5 try to defend 13 months in a row the housing. Despite the fact that there are documents on stay of works for the period of question studying, builders do the part. Refuse to communicate with the press flatly.

Early in the morning people came to a building site and established tents. Here they are going to be constantly. Promise to be on duty small crews until construction completely won't stop. And all because, according to them, is risk already soon to escape by rubber boats, after all in 10-12 meters from building there is a dam which at any time can collapse.

Construction is conducted on the opolznevopasny soil, near a dam, in borders of red lines, on a place of the former playground and a green zone, - locals claim. It, in their opinion it is, enough, that construction stopped.

The cochairman of fraction of the Block of Leonid Chernovetsky in Kiyevosveta Alla Shlapak noted that deputies already study a situation on Prirechnaya St.

We will remind, earlier the secretary Kiyevsoveta Oles Dovgy promised that the Kiev power will forbid all illegal buildings in the city.

In turn the People's Deputy from the "Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" block (NUNS), the leader of public organization "I Am an Inhabitant of Kiev" Kirill Kulikov suggested to enter the moratorium on building in Kiev to the approval of the master plan of development of the capital and to forbid dot building at legislative level.
